Dundee FC Community Goalkeeping School – 2020

November 27, 2019 / Community

Dundee FC in the Community Trust are delighted to announce details of its new goalkeeping school. Our school provides high-quality, specialised goalkeeping coaching for various ages and abilities. Our schools aim is to develop the goalkeepers’ skills and techniques to enable them to reach their maximum potential.

Our goalkeeping coach is former Dundee ‘keeper Calum Brodie. Calum is now part of the club’s academy coaching staff and will give young ‘keepers fantastic coaching and guidance. Calum himself started by attending Community classes and then was scouted by Dundee FC, the club he supports. Through hard-work he made his way to training with the first team squad.

As part of the Community 2020 programme, the goalkeeping school will start on Saturday, 11 January 2020 and will be held every Saturday at Dawson Park, Dundee. Our goalkeeping school means players can still continue to play with their normal football clubs around the city, whilst receiving the specialist training with our school.
