FFIT (Football Fans In Training) 2020

Dundee FC in the Community Trust and the SPFL Trust are happy to announce the next delivery of Football Fans in Training classes at Dundee starts in January – A perfect opportunity to drop a dress or jean size after Christmas. 

This project which is delivered in partnership with the SPFL Trust aims to support participants on improving health through increasing levels of activity. Most notably this course is free to join!

The next intake of FFIT is aimed at Men and Women aged between 35 and 65 who have a BMI of 28+ and a waist of 38 inches or more. This is a 13 week course at Dens Park.

FFIT WOMEN Starts Monday 6 January 2020 6pm-7:30pm. 

FFIT MEN Starts Thursday Date TBC 6pm-7:30pm. 

 

Remember these sessions are FREE to attend and provide a great opportunity to see inside your Football Club.
