Head of Community Football

Dundee FC Community Trust is seeking an individual to become the Head of Community Football, based at Gardyne Campus. The Trust’s Community Football department has grown significantly over the last year, with a complete male programme and unprecedented growth in our female football programme. The applicant will have the passion and knowledge to continue the recent successes in the community football pathway.

The role is to deliver high-quality coaching and outstanding experiences to participants in the Trust’s various football-related programmes and initiatives in line with our delivery and coaching philosophies. The applicant will be expected to plan appropriate coaching sessions based on the needs of the specific programme to monitor and evaluate the department KPIs and to adhere to the strict safeguarding and health and safety requirements.

The applicant should hold a minimum UEFA C license and have experience in managing staff, engaging with stakeholders and be able to manage financials in conjunction with the Business Development Manager.

 

Job Description

Job Title:                           Head of Community Football

Responsible to:               CEO / Business Development Manager

Responsible for:              Community Football Department

Time (hours):                    37.5hours per week

Salary Scale:                    £22,000

Disclosure:                       Full Disclosure Scotland (PVG) required

Contract:                          Subject to two references and successful PVG. Initial 3-month probation period.

Location:                          Dundee FC Training Facility, Gardyne Campus & other locations required.
