Dundee Football Club in the Community Trust and Kanzen Karate are delighted to announce a free in service day camp on 13 November at Baxter Park, Dundee. The camp will consist of football and karate.
Kanzen Karate will provide an introduction to Karate including basic movements, strength & conditioning training and personal safety training. Content will be aged specific and we look forward to welcoming you. Kanzen is a leading centre of Karate excellence committed to building better lives through Karate.
Football will be provided by Dundee FC community staff giving the participant skills to enhance their game! All sessions are open to all abilities and will be aged specific.
The camp is for 5-14year olds, with participants having the opportunity to try both karate and football during the 3 hour camp. Local and national guidance will be followed and enhanced cleaning measures will be in place to safeguard participants and staff.

-The camp is FREE however you can make a donation to the camp with proceeds being spilt between Kanzen and the Dundee FC Community Trust.
