After the success of the first cohort, Dundee FC Community Trust and the SPFL Trust are delighted to announce details of its Off the Bench programme, cohort 2.
Funded by the Scottish Government’s CashBack scheme, Off The Bench Cohort 2, will kick off early next year. Off The Bench is a 16-week programme for 16-24-year-olds who have committed, or are considered likely to commit offences or engage in anti-social behaviour. A number of the young people that attended Off the Bench then went onto our 1893 Education programme and have gained full time employment for 12 months with the Community Trust.
Community Trust Manager Greg Fenton is very excited to be adding another project to the Trust “It’s a fantastic project and we are grateful to Cashback and the SPFL Trust for launching this new exciting project. It adds another programme to our criminal justice branch of the organisation in which we aim at transforming lives in our community and I wish participants of the programme all the very best.”
