Our Off-the-Bench programme works specifically with young people aged 16-24 who have committed or are considered likely to commit offences or anti-social behaviour. Funded by the Scottish Government CashBack Scheme participants develop key employability skills such as leadership, communication decision making and accountability. Young people work towards SQA qualifications, SFA coaching badges and have opportunities to earn other awards through volunteering with Dundee FC Community Trust programmes.
