Volunteer Administrator

The Community Trust seeks a volunteer administrator to join our team and help the Trust deliver change and transform lives. The individual would be required to be based at the Community Trust office (Dundee FC training facility) for 3 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.

Key tasks include:

  • Assisting the team on administrative tasks
  • Use of accountancy software Xero and uploading invoices etc.. to the system (full training will be given)
  • Data Entry
  • Scanning
  • Record keeping
  • Filing
  • Liaising with staff
