Dundee FC in the Community Trust have been collaborating with Dee4Life (DFCSS) in recent months and we are delighted to announce that Dee4life have sponsored the Cammy Kerr Soccer Schools in the Dundee area to the sum of £888.00 which in return means 120 children can still enjoy the classes until the end of the academic year for free after their school day.
From April onwards, Dundee City Council have introduced a policy at schools across the city with a view to ensuring every pupil could access after-school activities for free. To ensure continuity with our young people and high standards of coaching, funding was needed to carry on the sessions. Children across the city enjoy our fun football sessions and the Trust are delighted that they can continue that with support from Dee4Life. Information on booking the next term of our after-school football will be announced in due course.
Along with this, the Community Trust and Dee4Life are working together on an event later in the year. Everyone associated to the Trust would like to place on record our gratitude to Dee4Life and we look forward to working with them in the months and years to come.
